Each year, in early December, TCE distributes a Newsletter to our resident families, friends and supporters.  The Newsletter is filled with exciting news and events which took place during the year.

We are grateful to Christine Wilson (editor) and Louise Owens (producer) for their hard work and dedication in making our newsletter possible for many years.

In 2013, TCE’s Newsletter was re-designed by MarketAccess Communications Inc. and in December 2015, we began to produce it in house.
