Ottawa's very own solidiers of sunshine are taking over the city telling everyone that it is finally safe to come out.  And just like that, winter is a memory. So we grab our best pals like the folks from Kilbarron did this past weekend.  Mark, Brenda and Kathryn, our very own tulips, headed to the Tulip Festival with smart phones in hand - because pictures are essential and enjoyed the beautiful day.  You just can't keep us indoors anymore!  So thank you tulip army, we appreciate your loyalty and the way you brighten up our city every Spring.
