When we moved into our new office building we were excited by the fresh start.  And by the walls!  We have lots of wonderful wall space in our new office so naturally we decided to fill our walls with art.  Our first stop was H'art of Ottawa...

H'Art of Ottawa is an innovative art studio for people with developmental disabilities.   Their collection of art is beautiful and we consider ourselves very lucky to have a collection of our own.

We also have some budding artists at TCE and this past August many of them attended two Art Workshops facilitated by our very own board member Janice Barclay.  We have such talent at TCE!  Janice brought out the Picasso in all of her students and the end result was magical.  Any program that encourages our residents to showcase their artistic side is something we welcome.  Janice’s workshop drew inspiration from abstract expressionist Willem De Kooning.

Empty walls are definitely a thing of our past.
